 We take the factory head and start over by milling every aspect of the head. We optimize the compression, squish velocity, and flow pattern to make the stocker into a real “sleeper” head. Our uniquely milled velocity vanes increase efficiency by increasing the rate of atomization of fuel. We generally have cores in stock or you can supply your own for modifications.  Contrary to some misconception, correctly modifying the stock head not only improves performance, but runs no hotter than a cool head or other billet head design.  There has been zero conclusive test to prove a billet really improves cooling. 
We get a lot of people telling us that Joe Blow will mill their head for 20 bucks.  Well,,,, if you want to take that gamble, that is on you.  Most cheap mods only include decking the surface of the head which does not even touch what we do with these heads!  Without proper understanding of the two cycle head geometries, it is very easy to leave a ton of performance on the table or create a head that is prone to detonation or over heating.  Our designs are 100% computer engineered.  We re-machine the head to optimize every aspect of it's performance.  Our innovative velocity vanes are a huge advancement in our engineering efforts to futher improve the efficiency of the Banshee head.   We have modified hundreds of heads.  Trust the real professionals for your head mods.
